Biografia. Fabrizio Frizzi nasce a Roma il 5 febbraio 1958. Figlio di Fulvio, un distributore cinematografico di Bologna, già direttore commerciale dell' Euro International Film, e poi della Cineriz, e fratello del compositore Fabio, frequenta le scuole elementari a Roma alla Cesare Nobili nel quartiere Balduina.
