About Company Flow. El-P, Bigg Jus, and Mr. Len made up the New York underground hip-hop group Company Flow. They released their first single in 1993, but by the time they started their own label, Rawkus, and released their FUNCRUSHER EP, they had become a major force in the alternative hip-hop scene, paving the way for many others to follow.
