Tech support, spam folder, marketing, customer care, the sender's mom, etc. It's certainly not his actual work email (anymore) but set up specifically for this purpose now. Maybe it's Steam employees answering. Maybe it's employees filtering out interesting emails to reply to which he answers himself later.
