There are only 7 or 8 rows of seats, about 140 people, so the experience is very intimate. We have seen some amazing works and some less so, but that's part of the excitement of live theater! It's owned by Garry Marshall and we have run into him there several times, and the plays (and audience!) sometimes feature well known actors.
