Apr 9, 2024 · Actor Gary Sinise is preparing to part ways with his Southern California spread in Santa Rosa Valley, CA. The Oscar-nominated, Emmy-winning actor picked up the 28-acre property in 2014 for $5,250,000.

May 14, 2020 · Actor Gary Sinise has listed his longtime home in Calabasas for sale for $3.795 million. According to public records, Sinise has owned the property since 2008, when he paid $3.55 million for it. The house was built two years prior, and presumably the Academy Award-nominee is its first owner.

Oct 8, 2020 · Gary Sinise’s home in Calabasas sold this month after about four months on the market. The actor accepted an offer of $3.7 million against the property’s asking price of $3.8 million. The 2006-built contemporary Cape contains five bedrooms and 5.5 baths; the accommodations layout is multi-suite, and most bedrooms have their own private balcony.
