Constance “Connie” Clouser, 78, Frankfort, passed away peacefully at her residence, Friday, May 6, 2022. She was born in Clinton County on October 4, 1943, to Charles and Gertrude (Hines) Ferrell. She married Paul Clouser on November 26, 1966. He preceded her in death on February 24, 1998. Connie was a 1961 graduate of Jackson Township High School.

The funeral home was started by the Clapper family and then owned and operated by Peanut Johnson. He was beloved by the Rossville community. When Peanut decided to retire, Leo and Mary Brown purchased the funeral home.
