Biography. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. George Young Newbern (born December 10, 1964) is an American television and film actor best known for his roles as Bryan MacKenzie in Father of the Bride (1991) and its sequel Father of the Bride Part II as well as Danny (The Yeti) in Friends.
In 1991 Newbern landed the role he is perhaps known best for, as Bryan MacKenzie in "Father of the Bride" (1991) opposite Steve Martin and Diane Keaton. He also appeared in the movie's sequel "Father of the Bride Part II" (1995). In 1998 Newbern appeared in three episodes of "Friends" (NBC, 1994-2004).
