Can We Keep Him? (dubbed in Quebec as Une nouvelle amie) is the second episode of the first season in Canada and the twelfth episode of the same season in the United States.
George nurses a mouse with an injured leg back to health, but not without upsetting Junior, who feels that the mouse has taken away all of George's attention, and also without letting Sparkle Tangerine (a stray cat) notice in order to prevent the mouse from getting eaten.
•This is the first appearance of Sparkle Tangerine and Mouse.
•The French title of this episode is called, "Une nouvelle amie".
