Apr 25, 2024 · We discovered that RDR1 can repair deficient microRNAs in cancer cells, which suppresses tumors in mice. RDR1 can also trigger interferon cytokine signaling, inhibiting virus infection and enhancing cancer immunotherapy. This has become a key focus in my lab’s ongoing research.
