The Getty Villa is the museum just off the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH that includes a replica of a Roman villa (not the same as the Getty Center). The grounds are beautiful, as are the villa gardens, and those by themselves are worth the price of admission (which is $0).

The Villa is magically quiet shortly before the official opening time. Reserve the earliest entry time of the day, arrive a half hour or so before that to enjoy the grounds.
