Songs for Beginners is a good album, but not essential. "Better Days" is a banger, but no other songs compare to it, and therein likes the problem with Graham Nash. You expect excellence with it all, and anything less is unacceptable. The Graham Nash charm carries this thing, but the songs don't compete with his greatness. B-/C+
