  4. Grayshott Farm/Hall. In 1860‘s, Grayshott Farm was described as a two storey stone and brick house with small low rooms and lighted by open casements with diamond panes. In 1861, the census records that the building was occupied by John James Oland, his wife Sannah, four sons, three daughters and Ann Newell a house servant.
