Hanukkah is the eight-day Jewish festival that starts on the 25th day of Kislev (as per the Jewish calendar). It usually falls between late November and late December. On this day, prayers, featuring three blessings, are offered before the candles, on the special candelabrum (called as Menorah), which are lit on each night of the festival.
