If you’re working on a Windows PC and want the apps and content from another device to show on your PC screen, you’ll want to consider mirroring that device‘s screen or projecting it to your PC. Note that you’ll need a device that supports Miracast. Here’s how to mirror another screen or project to your PC.

You can wirelessly connect your PC to a TV, projector, or other kind of external display that supports Miracast.

- On the Android smartphone or tablet, pull down the notification drawer and locate the Cast or Screen Mirroring icon, depending on the version of Android and type of device you might have.
- The Cast interface may actually show a list of any existing and available devices that content can be cast to, but we want to ignore these for now. In that same interface, tap on the More Settings button.
