Harry Brown (6 May 1863 – 19 January 1925) was an Australian politician who was Mayor of Perth from 1903 to 1905. He also served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia from 1904 to 1911, representing the seat of Perth. Brown was born in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, England, to Ellen (née O'Donell) and Thomas Brown. From 1883 to 1887, he lived in Cape Colony, where he was a captain in the Cape Mounted Riflemen.
