Quest Start
Speak with Ceril Carnillean in his house just southeast of the West Ardougne walls to start the quest.
Make a choice
Next, run southeast towards the cave entrance as illustrated. The cave entrance looks like a pile of rocks. Once inside, speak with Clivet. You’ll have to make a decision: 1. Either side with him (you don’t have to fight a lvl 13) [Dialogue 1-2-2] 2. Or side with Ceril (fastest way)[Dialogue: 1-1] In this guide, we’ll choose to help Ceril[Dialogue:1-1] Ceril will then disappear.
Help Ceril
Now we’ll need to turn some valves in the right order. Here’s a map for you: 1. First, turn valve 1 RIGHT 2. Then, turn valve 2 RIGHT 3. Next, turn valve 3 LEFT 4. Then, turn valve 4 RIGHT 5. And finally, turn valve 5 RIGHT Next, go back down to the cave entrance and board the raft. Next, run to the end and speak with Alomene, then, kill him. Search the crates in the basement for a key. Exit the basement by heading up the ladder, and go upstairs. Knock on the odd wall which is the north wall in the north-west room. Climb the ladder and unlock the chest to get the Hazeel scroll. Return to Alomone and talk to him to give him the scroll.
Hazeel Cult is a novice quest that was released on 15 August 2002. It was the second quest to feature a Mahjarrat , and introduces Hazeel , a Zamorakian Mahjarrat that has been put into a state of torpor, and his followers are attempting to revive him in time for the next Ritual of Rejuvenation.
