Henry Mintzberg OC OQ FRSC is a Canadian academic and author on business and management. He is currently the Cleghorn Professor of Management Studies at the Desautels Faculty of Management of McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, where he has been teaching since 1968.
Henry Mintzberg, a Canadian academic and business management expert, set out to help companies address this issue by creating his own managerial theory. In it, Mintzberg categorizes organizational types and managerial roles to leverage strengths, resolve conflicts and prioritize workflow.
