I was born and raised in Warren, Ohio. Here is recipe. It is quite large in quantity cut down as you desire. HOT DOG SHOPPE CHILE SAUCE. 1 lb. ground beef. 3 cans (6 oz. each) tomato paste. 3 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce. 2 quarts water (might be too much) 3 tbsp. chili powder.
