You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid drivers license to adopt. The adoption fee covers the spay and neuter of the pet at partnering veterinarian clinics. All dogs and cats must be spayed/neutered before they can go into the custody of their new owner.
Animal Services is first and foremost about the health and safety of the citizens in Hot Springs and Garland County.
