Central point, rogue river, Jacksonville, ashland, are all great though, and I know its not a popular opinion but I like grants pass too just because the river is right there. And the ease of access to outdoor activities like snowboarding, fishing, dirt bike riding, hunting, rafting, nature in general is only a 20-30 minute drive with no traffic.
