I want to use Outlook (now installed via the Office 365 license) to access my YAHOO account information (email, contacts, and calendar). I set up an Account in Outlook client to access my YAHOO account using IMAP settings to access the information.
Apr 6, 2023 · This is a failure of Yahoo. Another way to deal with this might be to set up a mail client program for one or the other e-mail addresses. Windows Mail will work with Yahoo (both regular @yahoo addresses and AT&T addresses), so you could use it for either or both. If you don't like Windows Mail, there's Outlook.

Outlook believes everything in the Inbox on the server is new. The best solution, in my opinion, is to log into your Yahoo account via a web browser, create a new folder there, and move the Inbox messages you don't want downloaded again to that folder. If they're not in the server-side Inbox, Outlook can't see them and won't download them.
Dec 19, 2022 · Click on “more settings” near the bottom of the drop-down menu. Click on the “mailboxes” tab on the left side of the page. Click the downward arrow icon to the right of the "Email alias" heading. It’s in the middle of the "Mailbox management" column of options. Choose “add ” below the "Email alias" heading.
Your assistance did not permit me to do such. As a result, I had to go to another service and pay for the help. But, thank you for trying. OBTW, I still have no idea how to access my Yahoo personal data base to change info as needed! But, I do have email account access now. Thank you for trying to assist me, better luck in the future.
