All official transcripts are ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse. Electronic and hard-copy transcripts must be ordered separately. Automated electronic delivery is only available to students/graduates who attended Gonzaga University School of Law from 1996 to the present.
Students may request an official transcript of college credits from Gonzaga University’s Office of the Registrar. You can order your transcript directly from the National Student Clearinghouse and have it sent to the school(s) of your choice. You will need to request your Gonzaga University transcript separately from your high school transcript.

Students may request an official transcript of college credits from Gonzaga University’s Office of the Registrar. Transferability of credit earned through the CHS program to other institutions is at the discretion of the receiving institution.
Receiving credit for military training requires submission of an official Joint Services Transcript or Community College of the Air Force transcript. College credit earned at a regionally accredited institution is generally accepted in transfer and will be evaluated on a course-by-course basis for credit equivalency at Gonzaga University.
To receive the benefits of a transferable degree, a final, official college transcript containing the conferred degree must be issued to the Office of Admission. Important GU policy reminders: Gonzaga does not participate in Reverse Transfer (using Gonzaga credit to fulfill associate degree requirements).
