We’re making changes to the way you log into your BT email. Currently, you can log into the BT email service by using; · your BTID or email address from the Email link on bt.com or at www.bt.com/email. · your BTID from the My BT link on bt.com or at www.bt.com/login.
You can view your email from the menu bar at www.bt.com by selecting the email link (top right hand of the page) and logging in with your email address (ending @btinternet.com, @btopenworld.com or @talk21.com) and password. Or you can type bt.com/mail as a quick link.
Mar 22, 2024 · There are now a couple of new steps to fill in before you can access email. I can input username, email and password but then I get an error flagged up on the bt.com page - it says to quote 'bmx-2xxx' from the url. I can see the bt.com page and can access the menu to get to emails this way.
