The simple way to retain your Google account is by signing into it- or any associated Google services like YouTube and Gmail- right now. With at least one sign-in every two years, your Google account will be considered active and will not be deleted.

Tip: You don't need a Gmail account to create a Google Account. You can use your non-Gmail email address to create one instead. Go to the Google Account sign in page. Click Create account. Enter your name. In the "Username" field, enter a username. Enter and confirm your password.

If the user is not signed into their Google account, head to google.com and select the “Sign In” button in the upper-right hand corner of the screen. From here, sign in using the associated email and password. 2. Go to the Google Account After the email and password are in, the page will head back to the homepage.
