Edit- it can splash and it seems to be around -65 when it can occur. -64. Bring a bgs for spec on vorkath, switch to that when you use crumble undead. Easiest way to lower your negative magic bonus quickly. This does not apply if you are on a slayer task and can use the imbued slayer helm.
Unironically casting crumble undead and I'm having a blast. Ironic. Get the skull scepter and you can auto cast crumble undead with it. Yeah but that costs 21k and you need 55 slayer to weild it.
