  3. A 1 hour 5 minute guided tour of the Winchester House costs $41.99 for adults, $34.99 for seniors, and $19.99 for children 5-12. We joined a group guided tour that included 12 other people. Our tour guide was entertaining and energetic as she led us on a 65-minute scripted tour of the mansion.
