It is stated in the hadith above that Prophet Adam was 60 ziras (about 40 meters) tall when he was created by Allah. However, some scholars like Ibn-e-Khaldun (1332-1406) accepts that this is his height in Paradise and upon being sent to the Earth with Eve, he was given a height appropriate to the standards of Planet Earth.

- Angels prostrate before Adam (as): When it was finally time to breathe the soul into the first man, Allah (SWT) commanded the angels: “When I breathe My spirit into him prostrate before him.”
- Adam (PBUH) learns the names of everything: Allah (SWT) was keen on making Adam (PBUH) perceive his true identity, and the purpose of his existence, and granting him the knowledge of all things which was a gift that was bestowed to no other creation before.
- The creation of Eve: One day, as Adam (PBUH) awoke from his sleep, he found a human gazing intently at him with tender eyes. “Who are you?” he asked the creation.
It is mentioned in a hadith narrated by Saaiduna Abu Hurairah from the Prophet of Allah who said, “Allah created Adam Alayhis Salam and he was sixty cubits (dhira) tall. Then He said, ‘Go and greet those angels and listen to how they greet you, for that will be your greeting and the greeting of your progeny.’. He said, ‘Assalamualaikum.’.
