But as usual, what is completely misunderstood is the simple point that, if the font is too small for a user, it is too small. It makes this app close to unusable for anyone that needs a larger font.

This application is using Windows default font settings. this is wrong. the IM window and "dialog" do use the default font size. but the Skype for Business app itself does NOT!!! all the menus, titles, footnote status, use its own font.
