You can change the font size in a PDF fillable form using Adobe Acrobat with these simple steps: Click on the space where text is required. Start typing your text. Above the text field, there will be two A icons. Choose the larger A to increase the text size and the smaller A to decrease the text size.
What you do is you just place horizontal and/or vertical lines on a page, and it will cut it into separate pages. So I took the PDF I linked to and put a horizontal line in the middle of each page, and then I opened the new PDF in my PDF reader and printed it in landscape mode, using the "fit to page" option to enlarge the size of the text.

Hi flyndck74, If you have not done so as yet maybe you could try this: In file click/tap on print, Under page sizing (or page handling) click on custom size. Adjust the percentage to the size you want (eg 300), then click/tap on print to see if that works.

You first convert from PDF to HTML, re-insert images as needed, then Calibre can read the HTM and produce a .mobi suitable for Kindle. You can then use the Kindle's font-size tools without the awkward zooming and scrolling needed for PDFs.
