This week we searched for an XL driver in the early afternoon (light traffic) and originally had one 18 minutes away which was then updated to a different driver allegedly 6 minutes away. I could see on the map the driver was pulled over on a side road and not moving. I messaged the driver asking if there was a problem and no response.
