   May 1, 2024 · Don't know why you think switching from Win11 to Win10 will fix a fan issue -- as I run both on my primary desktop and see no performance or resource usage gain from going to Win10 instead of Win11. If the fan just plain does not work, as you claim, your only solution is to have it replaced.

   • Theres a function lock someone on the keyboard which can be turned on/off by holding FN and pressing whichever key is labeled. On my HP EliteBook I think it's FN-Left Shift. I think the Omens also come with an Omen Control utility that will have an option under the advanced settings.
