Thanks for the review! You're correct, Arlo automatically sends reminder emails to registrants in the lead-up to a course.

PROS. Arlo is a great system to keep track of students enrolments, manage and book facilitated courses, and integrates mostly smoothly with Moodle for eLearning. Support team extremely helpful. CONS. Some issues between Moodle and Arlo but on the way to getting this fixed. Could add some more customisable auto emails.
