Ida Cox Music Series. The Ida Cox Music Series was created by Main Street Toccoa to fill a need for quality local musical entertainment. The weekly Saturday concerts are free and feature an opening act and a headline act from 7 until 10 p.m. in downtown Toccoa on Doyle Street from Sage Street to Pond Street with a wide variety of music.
