Recipients have the ability to approve/reject timesheets online and providers have the ability to complete and submit their electronic timesheets, view their payment status and history, sign-up for and make changes to Direct Deposit and submit Sick Leave Claims.
With the electronic and telephonic timesheet systems, providers do not have to wait until the end of the pay period to submit their timesheets. In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) In-Home Supportive Services, also known as IHSS, can help pay for services if you’re a low-income elderly, blind or disabled individual, including children, so that you can remain safely in your own home. IHSS is considered an alternative to out-of-home care, such as nursing homes or board and care facilities.
