In point of fact, the jokes based on the contrast between regular-size people and their five-inch tall counterparts are surprisingly rare.

  2. There's a scene late into the two and a half hour movie where there's no dialogue or music at all, it's just silent. During this scene, an older man a row or two back was snoring really loudly. Since there was no audio in the scene, we could hear him clearly, and everyone started laughing.
