There are no characters based off real people, either played by themselves (Mike J and Vince Desi, Gary Coleman, Jennifer Walcott, Civvie), or parodies (Osama bin Laden). The final level of the original game straight up has children present, which the Postal Dude fails to harm. Later games omit children altogether for obvious reasons.
