Varrock Sewers - climb the ladder down, head left and follow the alley to the north until you reach the small river. There you can cast crumble undead on the zombies on the opposite site. Got 39 to 55 magic there in one day.

Yeah but that costs 21k and you need 55 slayer to weild it. Skull scepter takes a while to get but is probably faster than 55 slayer. The other option is the void knight mace but again takes a while to get the pc points for it.

You will have to cast crumble undead until level 41. This option is better for F2P because they will end up having to cast Crumble Undead longer and its easier to get bored. So, at 41, use wind blast, at 47, water blast, and at 53, Earth blast until 55.
