A below average movie can score 0% even if it isn't that bad because on average most critics won't like it. Granted it's unlikely, with enough movies there will be outliers. That's why RT is not a good measurement, I'd use imdb or letterboxd instead. There it scores far better (but still bad) at 5.2/10 and 2.1/5.
