Then Lima read Amanda's cause of death on SWU to the entire internet and lied about it. Why would she do that? She also lied about the results of Amanda's toxicology report. If all was kosher and she has nothing to hide, why lie about Amanda's cause of death? Lima's own educational background is all over the place.
It doesn't take much googling to see that Lima is not the same as Sierra Leone or Somalia. Peru is one of the most visited countries in South America and safe for travelers. No actually it's not. I've heard nothing but good comments from people here in r/travel and I traveled around the country several times.
