  5. Sean Penn in Mystic River really was really great. His relationship with his daughter and that scene when he realizes it's her in the park, raw and real. Tim Robbins' character always hits me in a fucked up way. You'd think that after what happens as a child he would somehow be spared from this second tragedy.
