They only do 1 seating a night in order to make sure diners get a fantastic experience (even though they could definitely do 2).    • Ora d'Aria was located at a very convenient location (close to the east end of the Ponte Vacchio). They closely checked our COVID vaccination cards upon entry (THANK YOU!). We were promptly seated at one of their 8 tables (I think I counted then correctly).
