May 17, 2022 · The star leaves behind two famous daughters, actress Gaynor Faye and producer Yvonne Francas and four grandchildren. Kay became pregnant at 16 with her first child Yvonne and married her father Anthony Mellor when she was 17. They later welcomed their second daughter Gaynor in 1971.
