Banner/PAWS Support. One IT Serving One JSU. The Banner Support Services team provides on-site support to the JSU Banner user community. From report creation, system troubleshooting, account maintenance, and Banner security, the members act as liaisons for JSU constituents with other parts of Ellucian.
The NETID is your J-Number and (15) character password. It is used to access User PAWS, Canvas, Library System, Open Access Computer Labs computers, and other university services and systems. Click the “NetID password” link above to access the NetID password reset page as shown just below.
All users must have a Network Identifier (NetID) to log into Canvas. The NetID is used to access Canvas, the Xerox Copiers, online Library Resources, and Computer Labs. To obtain a NetID, log into JSU PAWS and select Activate NetID, Change NetID Password (twice).
