Jason Tutors Max was the 18th episode of Season Three of George Lopez; it was also the 46th overall series episode. Written by Stacey Pulwer, the episode, which was directed by Victor Gonzalez, aired for the first time on ABC-TV on February 27, 2004.
Jason tells Carmen he has to spend more time preparing for college instead of being with her, but then starts tutoring Max to help him in Algebra, on the behest of George, to her dissatisfaction. Carmen then delivers an ultimatum to Jason that he either has to stop tutoring Max, or break up with her. Paris Hilton guest stars.
Jason offers to tutor Max with his schoolwork, but Carmen gets upset with him because they don't spend enough time together due to his extracurricular activities, so they break up. George and Angie still want Jason to tutor Max, but Carmen doesn't want to see him. Carmen tries to make Jason jealous by making out with another boy. In the end, Jason ...
