Jay Kogen. Producer: The Simpsons. Jay Kogen was born on 3 May 1963 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. He is a producer and writer, known for The Simpsons (1989), Frasier (1993) and The Wrong Guy (1997). He has been married to Brown Mandell since 31 May 1997. They have one child.
