Zeppeli is an NPC you can find in the Sewers while trying to take the Defeat 3 Vampires Quest. The entrance is next to the Train Station. If you are a Vampire, (Or have the Spec) he will kill you instantly.

Uzurashi is the trainer for Sword-Style, located between Panacotta Fugo and Jotaro Kujo, which can be bought for $10,000 and also sells you the Pluckwhich can be bought for $1,000. 1. Cause im dumb and will probably miss them-. I'm pretty sure only Ghiaccio train, not Bruno train. he spawns in the ticket booth of the Bruno station and on the tracks near the end of Ghiaccio station and on a bench next to bruno at the castle. also in the back of the tea shop in the storage room.
