Ingredients. 1 package Regular Premium Pork Sausage. 1 can (10 ¾ ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup. 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed. 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese. 2green onions, chopped Chips or crackers for serving.
Directions. Combine sausage, cream cheese, Mexican cheese and salsa in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes stirring every minute until cheese is melted and dip is smooth and creamy. Serve with chips and or crackers. Unbelievable flavor and just four ingredients.
8 oz. Cream Cheese. It doesn’t get much easier than this recipe! VARIATIONS: If you like things SPICY, you can use HOT sausage rather than the Regular. My sister-in-law said they recently used Maple because it was all they had on hand and it was good too…a little sweet and spicy. I think we’ll try that next time.
