Johann Caspar Schiller als Hauptmann und Kompaniechef ab 1766/70 in Ludwigsburg. 1766 wird Johann Caspar auf eigenen Wunsch in die Residenzstadt Ludwigsburg versetzt, wo er, im Range eines Hauptmanns, ab 1770 eine eigene Kompanie führt.
Johann Caspar Schiller lässt sich nach seiner Rückkehr aus dem österreichischen Erbfolgekrieg am 14. März als Wundarzt in Marbach am Neckar nieder und heiratet am 22. Juli die Tochter des Löwenwirts, Elisabetha Dorothea Kodweiß.
