Jun 2023. The John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Hwy, is also known as the Grand Teton Scenic Drive, the Outer Loop Road, and as US Highways 26, 89, and 191. It is the main road through the Grand Teton National Park and is open year-round. Commercial vehicles will use this route to supply the communities along it, in and outside the Park.
