The historic Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In the 1990s, Jordan Schnitzer became the major donor to its renovation and expansion. The museum reopened in 2005, featuring expanded gallery space, educational facilities, a café, museum store, lecture hall, reception hall and outdoor courtyards.
